Eligibility: The monthly installment payment plan is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card.
Payment Structure: The total cost of the festival tickets will be divided into monthly installments, to be paid over a predetermined number of months, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Initial Payment: The first installment is due at the time of purchase. Subsequent installments will be automatically charged to the provided credit or debit card on the same day each month.
Automatic Payments: By opting into the installment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your card for the agreed monthly payments. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
Default and Late Payments: Failure to make any installment payment on time may result in the cancellation of your ticket purchase and forfeiture of any payments made to date. A late fee may also be applied.
Cancellation and Refunds: All payments made under the installment plan are non-refundable. In the event of festival cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with our standard refund policy.
