ALL TICKETS PURCHASED VIA THE PAYMENT PLAN PORTAL WILL BE DELIVERED BY EVENTBRITE FOLLOWING YOUR FINAL PAYMENT.
REVIEW PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders placed through the payment plan portal will receive an Eventbrite ticket after the final payment has been completed. Tickets are sent in batches each day. If you haven't received your ticket after 48 hours of completing your final payment please reach out.
When a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to charge the card on file again 1 week later. This is an automated process which we unfortunately can't edit or adjust to run the card again manually. Please ensure the funds are available for the next attempt.
If the next attempt is schedule after the event date, you'll need to reach out to get a balance payment link. Please email mitch@v2presents.com for assistance.
All tickets are delivered by Eventbrite.

To update payment details at any point during the payment plan, go to paymentplan.getfreakyslc.com/bookings and follow the link CHANGE CARD on the booking.
Yes. After all payments have been completed you'll receive your ticket(s) from Eventbrite. Once you've received your Eventbrite tickets you may list them on the official resale platform tixel.com/sell
